Rovi is a pharmaceutical company focused, among other development lines, on the development of
prolonged-release injectables through the ISM® platform that enhance the efficiency and safety
profiles of injectable compounds.
Rovi is recruiting a PhD for the R&D department sited on the facilities of Granada.
The work on which the candidate will be involved is on the development of ISM formulations for new
candidates, from the early stages of prototypes to the final stage of clinical trials with the selected
candidate.
We are looking for a proactive and tenacious approach to work plans ensuring priorities are met. In
this role you will assist in the development of project protocols and development of formulation that
will be tested in a wide type of in vitro in vivo studies.
All the research activities are managed by a GxP Quality management system, where it is important
to develop the work fulfilling internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
The candidate should have suitable laboratory experience on pharmaceutical technology and on
the development of modified release formulations mainly working with polymers.
Requirements:
• Pharmaceutical Doctor
• Good scientific experience in the development of modified release formulations with
polymers
• Laboratory experience in performing the experiments fulfilling quality standards
• High level of English (written and spoken).
