Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
Time: 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
Selected speakers are required to contact the organizers at least 4 hours before their session.
Please note that the meeting´s computers are being supplied with Windows Office 2010.

Flash Presentation
Time: 5 minutes sharp plus 1 min for questions.
The presenter should contact the organizers at least one hour before the session.
Poster Presentation
Poster size is A0 (Width: 84.1 cm Height: 118.9 cm) and should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. The authors are requested to stand next to their poster during the poster viewing session that will be assigned to them.
All posters will be displayed during the meeting.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that have not been removed after 14.00 h on Friday.

Abstract Submission opens on September 30th and closes on October 31th 2019
A registration is mandatory after abstract acceptance. Please download the abstract template (.docx) and follow all formatting instructions listed therein.
Each participant can submit only one abstract.
Abstracts should be sent by e-mail attachment to SPLC.CRS2020@gmail.com.
The abstract file (.doc/.docx format) should be saved using the following ID as file name: “Abstract_your name” (eg. Abstract_Juan Silva). Please also use this ID in the e-mail subject line.
