Complex parenteral products: breakthrough in vitro-in vivo correlation, and high quality continuous manufacturing

This seminar will discuss case studies on successful IVIVC development and validation for complex microsphere formulations, using an animal model. In addition, the development of continuous manufacturing for complex parenterals (utilizing coaxial jet in co-flow) will also be presented with case studies on the preparation of doxorubicin liposomal product and RNA lipid nanoparticles.
